“Working in a kitchen is my soul and my life. I’m not there because people expect to see me; I’m there because I want to be.”
Dan Cincis is a passionate Executive Chef with a demonstrated history of working in the food and beverage industry. He comes directly to us from El Caballero Country Club in Tarzana where he spent seven years sharpening his skills in the art of culinary craft and management. We knew that we had a gem on our hands when he so skillfully executed nine days of crew feeds and craft services on top of a custom event day menu for the exclusive ERDEM X H&M Collection launch just six weeks after coming on board. He is a team player, a great leader, smart, creative, hands on and can produce to please any palate. This is what you want in an Executive Chef and he brings even more to the table than that.
