Our Wine and Dine Committee hosts innovative wine pairing dinners regularly. Recently we decided to try something new! Our Executive Chef, Ron Armendariz put together a craft cocktail pairing dinner with Wine Warehouse to showcase our new bar program. A favorite of the evening was the Grilled Lamp Chops with Charred Radicchio and Oregano Chimichurri. This savory dish was paired with Barr Hill Gin.
