Wine & Dine Favorite

Boonestudios-30_xxOur Wine and Dine Committee hosts innovative dinners regularly. Recently we decided to try something new, a wine pairing dinner to showcase our new bar program and Chef Dan’s cuisine.  Two favorites from the night were shoyu skirt steak with sticky ginger rice, and Chinese long bean with togarashi, and  spicy albacore with yuzu pears and crispy beet in a seaweed cone.
